Ok, so having a bit of a crappy day here, and realised i seem to put on the same combination of music to help me get through.

Everyone has different songs that they stick on for different things i'm sure... when they need to break through the constant drone of hi-5 or wiggles that is. lol

So what's your personal playlist consist of:

Song you secretly love to hate:
Song you'd never admit to having/liking:
Song you play when really p'ed off:
Song to have a good old howly bag to:
Song to give you a pick-me-up:
Songs you put on when you're having a good day:
Songs you put on when cleaning/exercising:
Songs you sing to at the top of your voice:
Songs you drown out the neighbours with (ie turn up a little too loud!)

Anything else, just add it......
Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

Song you secretly love to hate: Hmmm, that's a tough one!
Song you'd never admit to having/liking: Robbie Williams 'Advertising Space', and pretty much any of his other songs. Don't hate me!
Song you play when really p'ed off: Anything metal, usually Guns n Roses, Metallica, even a bit of Green Day
Song to have a good old howly bag to: Nickelback 'Far Away', Garth Brooks 'The Dance' (don't even say it, I am a total nerd!), anything by Tupac but especially 'Unconditonal Love' 'Keep ya head up' and 'Life Goes On', listening to his stuff always makes me miserable yet still I do it!
Song to give you a pick-me-up: Green Day's American Idiot album, it is so rocking
Songs you put on when you're having a good day: I have a huuuuuge CD collection, it all depends on what mood I'm in!
Songs you put on when cleaning/exercising: Same ass above, I like a bit of variety. I might play Kanye West then Elvis Presley, then Whitney Houston all in a row.
Songs you sing to at the top of your voice: Far too many! Maya is embarrassed of me! Altho she knows all the words to 'Big girls don't cry' and 'Beautiful girls' and 'Far Away' and 'Photograph' and 'Irreplaceable'...
Songs you drown out the neighbours with (ie turn up a little too loud!) Anything and everything, I'm sure I drive them nuts. When I get a song in my head I can play it over and over and over and over again and it has to be LOUD!

Another song I sob too - Hallelujah. How cruel is it that they played it when Marissa died in the OC, I was doing OK till that point, then I HAD to cry! And they played it in a particularly devastating episode of Cold Case too. Ugh, I am just a giant cry baby!

I've added two categories of my own. This has been fun to think about! Now I'm YouTube-ing all the music videos!

Song you secretly love to hate: Not Many (Scribe) -- in fact, almost all of New Zealand hip-hop or rap can easily be erased from the planet's playlist and I won't miss it AT ALL. Bleah.
Song you'd never admit to having/liking: Ain't Nothin' But Mammals (Bloodhound Gang), My Heart Will Go On (Celine Dion)
Song you play when really p'ed off: Bitch (Meredith Brooks) or You Oughta Know (Alanis Morrisette)
Song to have a good old howly bag to: Open Arms (Journey), One (U2), or Stay (U2)
Song to give you a pick-me-up: Mysterious Ways (U2) or Hey Pretty (Poe)
Songs you put on when you're having a good day: Rock the Casbah (Solar Twins NOT The Clash), Elevation (U2)
Songs you put on when cleaning/exercising: Hung Up (Madonna) -- any Madonna, really!
Songs you sing to at the top of your voice: Tainted Love (Soft Cell) or Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode NOT Marilyn Manson)
Songs you drown out the neighbours with (ie turn up a little too loud!): Anything by The Beastie Boys or Eminem (our neighbours are oldies, so even better!)
Songs that make you feel nostalgic for the "good ol' days": Crash (Dave Matthews Band), Ordinary World (Duran Duran), Good Riddance (Green Day) or Don't Dream It's Over (Crowded House)
Songs that you turn up on the car stereo: Any Linkin Park or Sarah McLachlan

ok will add my answers to those, lol

Songs that make you feel nostalgic for the "good ol' days":

any of the 90's boy bands, (from when i was a teenager), the 80's music that my sister's listened to when they were teens - therefore i was subjected to unwittingly, and music by Sash, anything on dance now 2000 (don't call me baby, get get down, put your hands up, red alert, etc) - reminds me of boy-racer days/nights when me and mike first met and we'd drive all night with his subs up loud in his kitted out silver civic, he he - ahhh good times.
