I'm going to bite the bullet and get a referral to my GYNE on Friday. Only problem my children - maybe my mum will come over and help me out.

My specialist is Anil Sharma - he does the Gnae advice on here and came very highly recommended by lots of Oh Baby ladies    I've had 2 ultrasounds that were inconclusive but am still having extremely painful AFs (7 days long, heavy & clotty) and pain at ovulation time as well as the dull ache for the rest of the cycle.

Our plan of attack, as I really don't want to have the laparoscopy, is to move our plan for TTC #2 forward one year and to treat the endo (Anil is 99% sure that is what it is) with natural/alternative remedies as well as standard pain relief meds.

I'm taking a tincture (sp?) of herbs and plants and some tablets to ease the pain and improve blood/energy flow around the uterus & ovaries, I'm also have acupunture. I had first appointment tonight, am on CD 1 and have been popping voltaren all weekend which did nothing, I walked out of that session pain free! I'll go back to see her again a couple of days before I ovulate (hopefully I will this month!). I'm also going to do a yoga class that is for relaxation. The lady who runs it is fantastic and you can tell her what you want to achieve and she will run the class to suit what everyone wants.

Hopefully this will be some help as I really really don't want another op!

I'm CD2 Toni so we are really close, and I saw Dr Sharma down here before he moved up to AK.

I have just started the pill (and only taking the active pills). I have to turn my ovaries off for a bit to see if that will help. My Gyne has told me that I will need everything removed after I am finished having children. But if I still get pains will only taking the active pills he wants to go in and have a lookies in there.

I've now had 2 sessions of acupuncture and I've had the lightest AF I have ever had and am totally pain free!
I highly recommend it for anyone living in pain

The pill has done wonders for the pain for me. It has just brought on constant spotting and it has made me more crazy.

I got a call from my gyne's nurse today that he wants to see me but can't see me for a month . He's not sure why i'm still getting spotting with the combination of drugs I am on.

So fingers crossed I can get it all sorted; some days I really wish I was 30 and get it all removed, but I still want that 3rd baby.
