has anyone had any dealings with swimtastic in st johns auckland?
i booked my toddler in to lessons to start in february at the beginning of january. i called last week to confirm a few details and was told he now wasnt booked in and had been put on a waiting list instead for the next series of classes.
i was really shokced with their lack of service and failure to notify me they had canclled his booking....
not even an apology or any effort made to help me !
