I know some of the ladies on here have this set of DVD's and I'm probably going to purchase it too. The only thing holding me back is the fact that they have those 'automatic deliveries' where every 60 days they charge you the earth and send you out another workout.

So question is, did you get the full set (it's like 9 DVDs or something)? Or did you only stick with the introductory ones and cancel the rest? If so, did you cancel the rest of the set straight away?

Anyone else recommend any other pilates DVD??

Thanks in advance

I have the WW one and it is good.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I bought only one off Trade me but haven't used it very often. Seems quite good though and I plan to get back into it once bub #2 is here.

ETA: have a look on Trade me BTW, I'm sure you can snap up the whole set for 1/2 price or less

i'd definately get it!!!!   but see if you can get one from TM....i got mine ages ago when it was just the set of 3 and i only ever use the 20min workout. the other one is an hour long which i never have and the exercises look waaaaaaay to complicated!!

i've been doing the 20min workout 3 times a week for 2 wks and have noticed a significant change in my belly

I found the Winsor Pilates great and I would get some of the other ones but not all of them. The only problem I have is sticking to it so the best way to do that is to get together with a couple of friends, If you have made an appointment to do it there will be more chance of sticking to it....I will be doing it again after bubs is born. The other thing I have heard is really good is Preggi bellies.

I have the original dvd set and I only do the 20min workout. But I was doing it every second day before I was pregnant and it worked really well (maybe too well as it could have been the reason Rowan was breech).

I just started again yesterday but I have to do the modified versions of the exercises as my C-sect is still twinging.

The 'every 60 days' bizzo scares me off all these new products - I heard that the people in the call centres are employed to convince you not to cancel.
