To Maclaren distributors in NZ who will now be receiving our Buggy for the third time to fix. Tightening wheel nuts and spraying lubricant is not the answer when the customer has already done both and informed you of that

ooohh me too! I have had some cheers n jeers this week too....

Cheers to the lovely waitress at the cafe in St Heliers where we had lunch today (DH took the day off work - it was lovely!), when Ollie was being a grizzle monster and he "threw" his bottle across the pavement in a tantrum, she was there so quick picking it up and offering to go and sterilise it for us!

Jeers to a large Auckland radiology centre - where I had scheduled an MRI for 1645 so my mum could get over and babysit for the munchking, and after sitting in the waiting room for 45mins after my appointment time, I asked how much longer it would be - to be told I would have to wait at least another 50mins!!!!!!  Promptly informed them that wasnt good enough and they should call me to reschedule - and went home! Grrrr......interestingly enough the bill arrived before they had called to reschedule. Not sure how I got a $900 bill for sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours!!!

 

 

I thought about sending them a bill for my babysitting (okay it was my mum and she does it for free....but they dont need to know that!!!)

 

Cheers to "sarah" at Sky TV who let me book my pay per view movie (Knocked Up) even thou the payment hasn't gone through to them (internet banking)

Jeers to "Tamara" at Sky who wouldn't let me when I rang the first time
