Well from the other articles (check the news section) "he" has had gender reassingment but kept the acutal baby carrying bits....

Its kinda funky really - specially seeing as his wife cant have babies so he's doing it for her! But still.. I thought maybe it was some weird miracle *has visions of arnold schwarzeneger being preggo in that movie*
