i understand how you feel! even though i only had an extra 7kgs after jack i was still 12kgs more than what i wanted to be.
now i'm preggers again so no dieting! weight watchers is great though, its the only thing that i could stick to. going for walks is a great way to exercise and i'm sure james would love it.
also, if you can, get the winsor pilates dvd. its the only thing i found to actually flatten my belly and lift my butt. it really does work and you only have to do the 20min workout. if you do that every 2nd day and walk for at least 30mins a day, you'll be thin in no time

I used to chuck Maya in the pram and walk with her for ages, she loved being out in the fresh air and seeing all the birds, trees etc. and it was a good way to keep her entertained and get fit at the same time.

The thing that has taken me AGES to get over is looking like a dork doing things!! We have a semi ish long driveway and i run up and down with the puppy - walk down a HUGE hill and back up in full view of the main road!! And of course dancing in front of the TV to the kids programmes

i gained huge after my two girls were born. i dont know how or why because i was eating healthy and walking everyday. after i had emma (my second), i breastfeed her for 5 months then stopped and as soon as i did the weight just piled off. i think i am weird. i was told breastfeeding helps mums loose weight but i didnt! but then i didnt care about loosing weight while breastfeeing anyway.
ohoh the wiggels and other kids music shows are great to watch and sing and dance too! i love hi5!

What I am doin at the mo that seems to be working

5am - 830 - Get up and milk cows (compulsary thanks to DH!)
9 - 12 - Try and do housework (however its 3pm and I still havent done any!)
Afternoon - Computer time , TV time and prepare tea
330 - 530 Milk AGAIN!

Then I come home cook tea and blob!!

Sometimes I walk to the shed (down a hill and about 1 -2 km away) and then home again - depends on Arnas sleep and the weather.
Now i just have to lose my "tyre" (ab exercises which i HATE!)

Haha might take you up on that getting sick of milking!! Realised I walk about 4 hours a day - and thats just in the shed!!

I was extremely unfit too - but I slowly got back into the swing of things, took about a week of agony but I'm all good now, just have to start the ab exercises... *grabs another piece of chocolate*

Lu... You can do it! It won't take long to get back in shape as long as you are consistent. And then it gets so much more enjoyable! (Easily said though... from my lovely position on the computer chair where I spend 90% of my day)

Hiya Im doing wieght watchers at mo.Have been doing it for about 7wks.Have lost 7kgs so far.I put 28kgs on with Brooke.Started at 58kgs and ended up being 86-87kgs.I was enourmous!!!!!!!!!!!I dont want my kids growing up with a fat mummy either. And I hate exercise so havent done any so far......we have gym at hm so will lose the wieght then tone everything back up again(hopefully).I was so depressed being huge.I love clothes and havent brought myself anything in soooo long cause there seemed no point.Just used to get bummed trying things on.So once Im back down to 58kgs Ill go and treat myself bigtime.Im now 65kg so not too much longer to go.Yay.Has made such a difference changing my eating habits....I used to eat sooo much crap
