   Thanks again, PND, I would give a gold medal to anyone who can figure out whats going on in my head, the doc, midwife, crisis team at the beginning have been great, and sort of dissapeared, but I have a great social worker, which I will be getting back in contact again with, seems to come in waves, 1 month i will be fine, next month can't function, some would say thats normal for me lol, today i am making myself get out instead of feeling detached from the world. get some sunshine...yuk I hate winter...

Yeah my dark days also come in waves like that,...and I can be having a great day and something tiny and trivial can set me off,..and turn me into a blubbering hopeless wreck. Fortunatley those days are few and far between now tho,...you will get there! Good on you for getting out and about! It always helps me!
