There is a really good baby biscotti recipe in the Simon and Allison Holst book "Baby Food and Beyond".

Will post the recipe on here this evening for you.

Was going to say the same thing...but i don't have th book, also on the same page is the museli biscuit things....I returned the book to the lib!

Cut crust off bread, spead with marmite or cheese spread, roll up, then nuk in microwave for 1min30sec or so. Turns out nice & hard & easy to hold. Kalyx just loves them

Theres is also another thread on rusks which i posted in, i'll find it & bump it for you
