I ordered stuff last Monday and it arrived on Saturday so took 4 working days to be processed.

I ordered something from them about 2 weeks ago and rung them up to see when it was sent... then they had the nerve to tell me that the item that I wanted was SOLD OUT!! grrrr  was I peeved off, thanks for telling me! So not happy with PP at all!

Same here with JK, and their delivery was super fast, like about 2-3 days! And that is down here to Christchurch.... !

It depends on how busy they are. Iorder *ahem* a bit off them, and sometimes its two or three days and others longer. Last time I orderted ther was a note on the site saying they were very busy and experiencing long delays, I think I waited about 3 weeks? free postage,t hough. I think it gets busy cos ther si a whole lot of TM people who get the old catalogues and buy all the old old stock cheap with the codes to re sell. That sucks a bit, I think.

I ordered something on the saturday before last, and still waiting.. though granted that monday was a public holiday, so 7 working days so far - and they charged my credit card on last tuesday I think....

I agree about the TM thing Fats, but then I guess more fool those idiots that actually buy the stuff off them on TM for more than it costs on the Patch site.

If they have the barcodes for old items, most people can't access them Emma, so not really more fool them, only way they can get to it!
I hope my stuff arrives soon.

You don't need the old catalogues to get the codes to buy last season's stuff, there's literally hundreds and hundres of them here.

grrr - my order from PP online arrived last week and the all in one body suit I ordered was temporarily out of stock - does this mean they will send me one when they get them in stock? (if they get anymore?)

Mine was missing two jackets which they said were temp out of stock, I rang and asked if they'd be getting anymore coz if not I wanted to sub them with something else and they said they should be getting them in, and then a week later I got a letter saying they were permanently out of stock and that my CC hadn't been charged Grrr coz they really need them!
