Hi ladies,
Does anyone have cravings? I am finding that as the weeks go by I am starting to get more and more cravings and am starving by the time I get home and feel like pigging out!

No not really.....so long as get carbs and McDonalds at 6.30am I'm fine!
Hehehehe seriously though, nothing off the wall but on the weekend B seriously had to toddle off to McD's to get me hash browns and bacon and a egg mcmuffin, that was at 6.30am on Saturday and more respectably at 9.30am on Sunday.
Mainly though I still want anything carby...I'm also have been rather insistant about fruit and veges (makes up for McD's!)

It's weird as I have cravings for certain things like ghurkins and I love cheese on those big rice wafer crackers. Another thing I have been craving is red meat i.e. steak. My husband thinks that is just wonderful as he is a big red meat fan.

I so know what you mean...straight meat is really unappealing an quite frankly makes me want to chuck!
I've been ok with getting something pre-cooked like my specially prepared lamb on rice from our local turkish or butter chicken, anything like that...but if i have to cook it....forget it!
I'm also hungry lots but so much doesn't appeal...it's so frustrating!

The one thing that I have been put off eating is pasta which I used to make frequently and sometimes would add tuna - I made it last night but without the tuna and couldn't eat it.

In the first few weeks I felt like carb -y foods but in the last couple of weeks I have really gone off lots of things. I don't feel like meat at all - especially chicken which I normally really like. The things I have been eating lots are nectarines and blueberries. Also vegetarian sushi.

Bump
Anyone else having cravings?? At the moment i'm eating apples like nothing. I'm buying 4 a day at the supermarket and eating all 4 or sometimes 3 as DH steals 1 that day. It's not a bad craving - unlike last time all I wanted to eat was cream donuts and I was eating up to 4 a day, very bad.

Hehe, like Paws and Linelle were, I've been disturbingly keen on McDs breakfasts (was not that interested in them before).
Also just started wanting lime milkshakes - maybe I just need the calcium?!
Actually, quite a lot of dairy food is making it's way into my diet already.

Primo flavoured milk for me...I started having it as it eased heartburn (which is thankfully gone again for now) and now I just can't get enough. Chocolate, banana, lime mmmmmm.

Strawberry milk is still quite popular with me...though I think it may be a calcium thing?

I had a very random craving for a BIg Mac a couple of weeks ago, random because the thought of anything greasy or takeaway makes me feel queasy so it was bizrre - must be the special sauce.
Things I can't eat: chicken in any shape or form, pasta, greasy food like hot chips, I'm sure there are more... Oh, and carbs give me indigestion, which is super sad coz I am a big bread girl...
But I do have a bit of a thing for egg and mayonnaise atm (home made so it's safe).

No whacky cravings, but yesterday (at breakfact-time) I opened a block of choc to have just 2 pieces... and before I knew it there was just half a block left sitting there... aaarrrggghhhhh!!! I used to be so into my fresh salads, but haven't been able to enjoy or even stomach them through this pregnancy.

I must admit I haven't really had any cravings either recently but have been eating a bit more than I usually would and perhaps a little more chocolate too

Other than my one-off random craving for brussel sprouts earlier on, and an on-and-off craving for pizza for the last 3 months I haven't really wanted anything much this time.
