yet again, back into hospital this morning as a day patient getting my bp monitored, not that they did anything about it, i just have to go back next week for a few hours and be monitored again.

its frustrating as i know bp goes up in pregnancy and i would rather they treat it now instead of when i go into labour.

and of course it doesnt help that although my maternity has started all my forms have been referred to department of labour because work has not filled out the forms properly yet again. no wonder my bp is going up...lol

anyway off to put my feet up for an hour

BIG HUGS!!!!! it is frustrating. i hated being in and out of hospital with it in my first pregnancy.
are you considering taking the medication for it? it never came to that with me as it always lowered... so was up and down like yours for the last 8 weeks too.
i hope that yours improves. keep on resting up.

my midwife would like me to start on meds so if it goes up during labour they dont need to intervene, so we will just see what happens next week.

so for the next week, i have to either put my feet up for at least 2 hours a day or lie on the bed and read, i am allowed to go swimming and walking (which is a bit difficult as babies head is engaged so it makes walking painful), i am allowed to do basic housework, but i must rest rest rest.

i guess on the positive side you dont have long to go. i was induced at 39 weeks.... maybe you'll be induced early too.

thanx guys, went swimming this morning, which was interesting as it actually hurt to start with, but once i just floated in the pool i was okay,

i am just spending time with my feet up, doing some study (i am study naturopathy and bach flower remedies),
