At Pumpkin Patch!!!
I am so disgusted with their customer service!
I placed an order on the 29 June and still waiting for it. They had told me within 10 working days. Had to get DH to ring them up and ask as I knew that if I had I would have lost the plot  He rang me back saying that they had only placed the order on the 4th July, a WEEK later, I was like WTF??? and they have sold out of a jacket that I wanted for Lucy. This has happened to be before, the same situation about 1 month ago... and the thing that really peeeeeeeves me off is that NO ONE rang me to let me know this... the jacket was sold out in a 4.... maaaaannnn! Surely it isn't hard to ring or at least email me and let me know... so I have learnt my lesson... NEVER again am I going to order something online!  From PP at least! Have had no trouble with the others.
In the meantime... Lucy has been freezing as her old jacket is too small... and we have had a really COLD winter here.
Oh well.. sorry for the rant!

I'll check out the outlet store, only because they had HEAPS of new stuff there on Saturday when I was there... they might have decided to discontinue it....

BOO Pumpkin Patch Online!!!!!! *throws mouldy apples and bananas in their general direction* This is really bad customer service on their behalf... are they TRYING to loose customers??? If so, they are going the right way about it

I've only once placed an order online with them and had similarly sh*t service!
They didn't bother to contact me about the order until 9 days after I'd placed it and then I had to contact them to query why the jumper wasn't included in the confirmation!
Online PP sucks!

I have only ordered from them once but had fantastic service. First delivery arrived about 2 days after I placed the order, missing one t-shirt. Which they had put a backorder thingee in with the order and said they would send if they could find any more stock. All the items I bought were the previous years stock and all on sale. Sure enough t-shirt arrived about another 3 days later.
But have to say your experience sounds terrible - certainly not how anyone would expect from a professional company

Just received an email from them saying that it is their policy to send out emails to customers if the item is not in stock... haha what a JOKE as this has happened to me twice now in the last 2 months!!

bollocks!!! i know alot of other ladies on another forum that haven't received all their order and didn't get told!
i ordered a few things on 30th june and they arrived this morning. luckily i got everything i ordered.....BUT...i also sent a couple of things back the day before (29th) and i'm still waiting on the replacements! it says on the returns form that all returns are dealt with promptly.......what crap!!!!!! have emailed them today to ask what's happening
alisha....have you rung the outlet store at dressmart to see if they have the jacket?
