Anyone got some good scallop recipes to share? The season started last Wednesday so me and DH are off to get some with friends tomorrow. Then back here to cook them.

The only way I've cooked them before is either with breadcrumbs or in white wine / onions.

Maya - Not only do I have to cook them, I normally end up shelling them as well.

DH is a wee bit squeamish when it comes to raw meat / fish
