A good friend of ours recently took her wedding dress to "supposedly reputable" drycleaners. Long story short, they have absolutely destroyed it beyond repair, and are being right a*@!s about it.
She was entered into our area Bride of the Year competition, which is being held on August 9 but no longer has a dress to wear
Basically the drycleaners are refusing to assist in anyway, and now her insurance company are going to fight them.
Poor thing!!!!!!!
Just not fair.............
