I'm trying to knit a jumper to go with a jumpsuit that I have in the drawer. What I can't figure out is the 0000,000,00,0 etc sizes! Knitting patterns are mainly in ages (0, 3m, 6m, 9m, 1 year etc) or measurements (cm).

Can anyone help me match these up so I can make some matching sets of things? TIA

0 = 0000
3m = 000
6m = 00
9m = 0
1 year = 1
etc.
