anyone know anything about these schools?

jack will be 5 next year...........

so we are faced with the task of finding a school for him. we are in the zone for a few schools, but most of those are in an area i don't want him to go to (aranui....no offence to anyone!)

i've put his name down for freeville school, but we are out of zone so will have to wait and see if we get in by ballot. does anyone have any knowledge/thoughts/kids enrolled or know of kids enrolled in these schools which are in the north beach area -

parkview school in parklands
north beach primary in leaver tce
freeville school

ERO's aren't always how the school are operating either as there is quite often a big spruce up ib everything before ERo walks thru the door!

I have heard good things about Freeville - a friends sister did her placement there and loved it. Worked there for a year after she finished her training.

Parklands is also a very good school - a friends daughter went there with no problems.

DH is a primary teacher so will ask him tonight as they always know what is going on where - gossips, I tell you
