I think I must have missed it earlier today but I just caught Tom Ashley being awarded his gold medal - how cool! He looks like such a neat guy, shook hands with the bronze and silver medalists before he got up on the dias and standing there in his shorts and jandals to get his medal - classic! I had tears in my eyes. I don't want the olympics to end!

I don't want them to end either! What am I going to watch next week after the midday news!?

Typical kiwi guy in his jandals! He did look older than 24 though.

We're watching the Kayaks now... hopefully we do well here.
