I don't know any books as such but why don't you make one?

When I was little I had a book which I wrote recipes in.

Things like:
Pikelets
Scrambled eggs
Eggy bread
Macaroni cheese
etc

Oh crap. Did you mean recipes that kids can make or recipes FOR toddlers? I think I read you wrong.

In THAT case, Alison Holst's kid's recipe books are good.

Yup, Alison Holst and Simon Holst, Baby Food & Beyond gets a lot of use in our house. Highly recommend (especially the chocolate pear custard recipe, yummy!)
