I have it under my lower ribs on the left, its been pretty steady for a few hours.

Any ideas on what it is or what I can do about it? I've had a few panadol already.

Is it like a specific rib?
Just because I had a sore rib when I had a cough about 2 months ago. Then I coughed and it just broke!! ooooowwwwww!!
Anyway, I had got a referal to physio from mw earlier that very day. Mw said rib pain can be common.
The physio lady told me it was probably caused by my abs coming apart in the middle (common in pregnancy) and so the coughing was squeezing my ribs!
I would see about getting a physio referal asap. I got a giant support bandage to hold me together.

Awesome thank you :)
it has eased up since earlier, I can actually think for myself a little more now and went googling.
My abs have done a complete split as well, so that makes sense :) I took my support off to loosen up a bit and give more room, but I'll chuck it on again.

If you get sick of your support like I did, it gets all itchy and the back wrinkles up on me. I am just using a belly band from Kmart, it's nice and tight but also much more comfy
