Topic: lol how would you interpret this Posted: 19 October 2008 at 12:47am |
quote from an email my sister send to me this evening
"ok, we're just going out now (ah the joys of no children lol - enjoying it while we can ha ha) "
to me that means that maybe she will have children one day..which to be honest surprises me I mean don't get me wrong she will make a really good mum but I always thought of her as career type person.
but hey I could be wrong she may end up having a baby :)

Definitely sounds like Kids are in her future plan. A lot of career driven people still want kids at some stage, just later in life than others. My bestie is 28yrs and career driven but defintey wants kids in her mid thirties. It quite funny as we are both in the exact same stage in our careers and I already have 3 kids lol
Oo you will be an aunty before you know it

Even though I was a "career" girl, I always figured I would have kids at some stage ... just later than others ...
Although now I have Issy I wonder how I ever waited so long!

I dunno she did say she is doing everything she can to avoid getting pregnant I know she is on the depo. Put it this way if she is pregnant now I would be very surprised..considering she is getting married in March and already has her dressed sorted and no idea how easy it would be to adjust to a pregnant belly.

i'm with the others on this either is preggers or is planning to be in the near future.
Maybe she is just starting to realise the next natural step after a marriage is pregnancy some chose to go this path straight away others a wee bit longer.

um, honesetly? I wouldn't interpert it any way! it was probably just a throwaway comment she meant nothing by and now she will have all the family on baby watch, lol. No offence, eithr, but I have been "the victim" of a misinterpereted (in a good natured way) comment and you know how rumers start, lol.
