Haha, Alani turns 11 months next Wednesday.
She goes to bed between 6 and 7, has two day sleeps. First one at about 9.30 and she can sleep between 2 and 2.5hrs. Second one in the afternoon around 3. This one lasts max 1 hr, sometimes only half an hour. In the morning she wakes anytime between 5.30 and 7. If she wakes before 6 I try to give her some water and put her back to bed.
I'll be interested to hear if other babies that age have a similar routine. |

1) about 7am
2) 2 sleeps, about 2hours each, 9am and 1:30ish 3) about 7pm (6:30-7:30 depending on when she woke up from afternoon nap) I'll also be interested to read more on this. A is sleeping more than a lot of her wee friends, so I don't like to ask at coffee group! She really needs both sleeps still. |
