I put frozen berries at the bottom and it was yum!
If chocolate could stay in the house long enough I'd try it

Sarahbetha- is your self saucing choc pudding a miniature one? How big is it? Can you put the recipe up?
Mum has a really yummy one, but it makes HEAPS even when its half, way too much for 2 people! (And hers is in the oven, I dunno how to change to to microwave)

*Thread jack* Choc self-saucing Pudding
Base 1 cup self raising flour 2 Tablspoons Cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 25 grams Melted butter 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sauce. 1/2 cup brown sugar 1Tablespoon cocoanut 2 Tablespoons cocoa 1 1/2 cups Boiling Water
Mix together first lot of ingrediants in a tall sided microwave safe bowl. Flatten. In another bowl combine brown sugar cocoanut and cocoa and evenly coat the dough mixture. CArefully puar over the boiled water. Microwave on high pwer for abour 6.5-7 mins (900w). Serve with ice cream.
I make it in a 8 cup pirex jug. Cause it rises up quite a bit. Would feed 4. But I do it one night for me and DH and if I don't eat the rest myself the next day we hae it for pudding again the next night. You could 1/2 or 1/4 the reciepe for just 1 or 2 people but you have to experiment with the cooking time.
To reheat the next day I dish it up into bowls and put about 2-3 tablespoons of hot water with before microwaving so it doesn't dry out and to make the sauce again.
