I dont know about you but honeychild mediums are great. i know they arent one size but my 3year old can fit Alianas if he needs to and he is above the 97 percentile on the plunket graphs for weight and height so he is a big boy. And they fitted Ali from 2 months and she is just below average. We have never had a leak from them either, considering they are both heavy wetters.

I've only tried 2 OSFA nappies and like them both - Bumgenius V3 (the PUL is lovely, really soft & strechy & easy to get a good fit) and Swaddlebees Econappi (I like the snap fastening & the insert is really absorbent).

Hi,
Fancy pantz do a great osfa as well.
Do you specifically want leg elastic adjustable ones...?
If snaps to adjust the rise is okay then
www.yoyonappy.com
www.smartepants.co.nz
I've not tried the yoyo one.. and prefer the fancy pantz over the smartepants.. but its really personal choice :)
Good luck finding your perfect nappy.

I have 3 happy heiny OSFA and they're fantastic on my toddler. No leaks and the velcro tabs make adjustment really easy. Just wish I had more!!
