Topic: Do you think this is real.. Posted: 07 November 2008 at 4:37pm |
Found this on another baby board.
Linky
I personally think its a fake, Ive watched it 3 times and I dont see how you can do this to a 9 Month old baby withour causing some serious damage!
What do you think?
If it IS real, then it is SO disgusting, and I think its child abuse!

I really hope thats not real!
I had my elbow dislocated twice as a child from swinging, I hate it when Im walking holding hands with Keira and she suddenly lifts her feet from the ground - freaks me out.

i think it was real, or bloody good editing, would never dream of doing that to my child but he appeared to know what he was doing like they were a family of acrobats or something, Very disterbing to watch.

looks fake to me. someone's gone to a lot of effort to tweak and manipulate the clip. it has that "CGI" look to it that you get with CGI/real life blended movies when you get a real life character and cgi character together on screen. or it's a bit like that hyundai (I think) add with the little boy who drives the car, gets the girl etc... you know he's not really flying up through the air and landing in the girl's window - it has that jerky edited look to it.
all i have to ask is "why" and what would possess someone to go thru the effort of posting an edited clip like that when it obviously looks stupid and dangerous - and there are stupid people out there who would try to do it for real thinking it'll be a laugh!

The arms twisting is what made my tummy feel sick, I just dont see how a baby can withstand that....even if they are a family or acrobats...
I really hope it is fake,..

Yup I hope that video gets removed. I cringed the whole way through and now i feel nauseous.
I really don't think THAT is possible, If I was to even try the first move he does lucas' arms would dislocate for sure ...I can't stand it when he does the dead weight thing when I'm holding his hand and we're walking, his arms are sooo delicate and slim compared to the rest of him IYKWIM - so no I don't think it's real. I *think* a lot of editing and time has gone into that clip, and the 'baby' he's swinging around is a dummy ....a very realistic looking one (this is what im telling myself ....ugh)
Sick, just sick. If someone was to do that for real - child abuse without a doubt IMHO! Shaking baby syndrome ...or in that case, swinging baby syndrome.

Looks real to me, but I hope it's a fake!!! That is shockingly dangerous, it made my skin crawl watching it.
My friend recently broke her 2 year old daughter's shoulder by accident, because her daughter tried to sit down when they were walking across the road holding hands. If that's enough to break a shoulder then I should think that the kid in the video is at HUGE risk of being injured

If that's making you feel sick I better not watch... I feel pretty fragile as is. If it's that bad someone should notify the website moderators (if it hasn't already been removed).

The site is asking if anyone knows who the guy is to contact them immediately. It's still there just watched it now.
Most definitely fake...first of all the baby isn't laughing or screaming, majority of those moves would dislocate his shoulder, considering the weight of the baby, and the force placed on the shoulder joints it would be inevitable. Same with his legs. What stupid bl**dy idiots to come up with such an idiotic piece on video!. Totally disgusting!!...............on a lighter note...pretty funny listening to kung fu fighting in another language!

there is a note at the top of the video that basicly says if anyone knows the origins of the video or the person in it then to get in contact with the liveleak staff.
Its pretty damn shocking regardles sof if its real or not. Makes my skin crawl.
