jack is in one of those booster seats that just uses the seatbelt of the car and we really want to put him in one with a harness. price is definately a factor, especially at this time of year.
just got an email from baby factory and noticed this carseat....tempted to go get one tomorrow.......any thoughts?

please and thank you

Looks fine to me (not that I've had to buy a booster seat but YKWIM). I guess the only thing would be depending on his height, do the shoulder straps fit properly? Just thinking if its from 9kgs the shoulder straps might be the same height as normal carseat ones or only slightly higher which wouldn't normally fit a 4-year old. But... if they do fit, great price and great idea

might take him in tomorrow and have a try out.......he's an average height for a 4yr old, still sits well in charli's safe n sound carseat height wise and he's only 16kgs so should last him for ages.....

I would go along and check it out. Most of those ones only use the harness up to 18kgs then you take the harness off and use it with an adult belt. If it is harnessed up to 36kgs that is brilliant!

I just did a google search and found one listed on TM and it had "Turns into a booster seat." which makes me think it probably doesn't harness up to 36kgs unfortunately

You could always buy one of these and use it with your current seat.

yeah someone else brought the harness weight question to my attention last night    i'm ringing them shortly to ask....they probably won't even know themselves!

we have thought about just getting the harness, but they are $70! for a little more, we can get a new seat and then charli can use it when she outgrows hers and jack can go back into the one he has now.
