Google is your friend, I've found tons of great slow cooker and crock pot recipes on there.
My best advice though is to get yourself a copy of Alison Holst's 100 great recipes for slow cookers and crockpots. (I think that's the title!) It is such a great book and has all kinds of recipes in there from soup to desserts.
Yay for slow cookers!

I have a fairly new slow cooker too, tried a whole chicken in it for Christmas but took too long (possibly because I tried to do "roast" veges in it too!) so ended up chucking it in the oven for half an hour!! Tasted very nice though!

Will have to get hold of a copy of that Alison Holst book now!

Most of the recipes are hiding under "crock pot" rather than "slow cooker" - search results

I have been addicted to the A Year Of Crockpotting blog since MonicaMouse posted it, I'm constantly on there for ideas!

We have had our crockpot for a few years now but only just started using this winter just gone. I searched google and found heaps of recipes but this is one of my favourites - so easy and delicious:

Slow Cooker Chilli Con Carne:

2 onions chopped
2 cloves garlic
Mince
2 x 425g chopped tomatoes
1 Tb worcestire sauce
Salt & pepper
1 tsp chilli powder

I usually brown the mince first however you don't have to.

Add all ingredients into slow cooker and mix together. Put on low heat for approx 8 hours (ours was sometimes on longer due to us both being at work).

Garnish with chopped avacado, chopped fresh tomato and a dollop (or three!) sour cream.

Serve with rice or nice piece of fresh bread (we only ever serve with bread)

Yum!

The easiest for me is putting a whole frozen chicken into the crockpot (no need to thaw). Turn onto low say 8/9am and is cooked by 6pm....yummo ...and can you get any simpler than that!!!
