Topic: Help - totally confused please! Posted: 13 January 2009 at 12:26pm |
Me again
Im totally confused - I thought Day 1 was the first day of first real red blood - but I put into FF the day of spotting and now they have changed me to the spotting being day1.
So what is the go, is day1 the spotting day? Or is it the first real bleed day?
Its all so confusing!
With me being away a fair bit I want to make sure Im home on the "RIGHT" days wink wink!

That's odd??? Did you enter it as "spotting", or as "light"?? Spotting usually just shows as an asterisk on the CM line and you can have it anytime in your cycle so they don't usually count it as the start of a new cycle.

Definitely odd. I quite often have spotting the day before AF starts and its never put it as CD. CD1 is definitely the first day of actual red flow.

If you go to Sharing on the left you can then choose home page setup at the top of that page it has your charting homepage web address - just copy and paste that address

I just went in and deleted the spotting and changed it back to the real day one and then went in and put the spotting back in and it came up with this
This message is to let you know that your cycle list was adjusted automatically by the charting software.
The charting software manages your cycles automatically, creating and deleting cycles as required without deleting any data. The software adjusts your cycle start dates to reflect the data you entered.
The Data/Cycles menu allows you to modify your cycle folder as well.
So now its taken me back to the spotting as day 1!

You can set your homepage to show what you want under the privacy section. I think it's the box that says this that shows that stuff:
Publish Special, Custom Signs, mood and energy data
