Unfortunately no! we used the miracle blanket until Natalie was too long for it, then switched to a swaddleme (which was also quite good), and did come in a longer size.

Totally wished I had heard of the miracle blanket earlier!

We used ours for longer and left Joels legs out, also started only wrapping 1 arm to get him used to having his arms free. Only stopped using it as it is too hot at the moment. He was sleeping through by 12 weeks, not sure if the wrap helped with that or not. I have one to sell if anyone is interested.

Hayden is still using his at 6mths and 73cm's long, I just leave his legs out and he has one arm free. We'll have to stop using it when summer rolls around I think but not looking forward to cold turkey as he's been swaddled for every sleep since he was born.

I think they really design them till about that age as many babies then transition out of their wrap / swaddle, however MANY babies still sleep way better wrapped / swaddled. As others said, you can leave their feet out (so the length isn't a biggie) it was really only a prob when they get really strong and 'clever' and work out how to unwrap themselves! :) some babies will transition into a sleeping bag or blankets etc without any problems.. others take a while longer! :) all the best
