Just out of interest - how many scans have you had during pregnancy?
So far I have had 4 eek! 3 due to pain or bleeding!
one at 6wks 6days due to bleeding
another at 8 wks - bleeding
 12wk nucal fold
and 17wk 4 days cervical pain (which turned out to be a deep pulled muscle btw)
I am very concerned about having more done, except in emergency etc.

They are safe for the baby so I wouldn't be too concerned and at the end of the day they are all for a good cause.
I had 3 with my last preg.
1x what I thought was 12 weeks but baby was too small to get the NT measurement
1x about 1 week after the first
 1x 18 weeks.

I had 2 with my first pregnancy , anatomy one at 18 weeks , and then another one when I was in hospital with Gastro at 36 weeks, I think they did another scan to shut me up , cos I kept whining about not knowing what baby was (a girl, as it turned out )
with this one I've had 3, a dating one at 8 weeks , nuchal scan at 12 weeks and anatomy scan at 19.5 weeks.
Since my son wasn't shy im happy to have no more scans unless its necessary , even tho I love seeing the little monkey on the screen |

I only had two, but wouldn't have worried if I needed more.
They've been doing them for 30+ years and we all turned out OK (ish haha).
The 4d ones scare me, though.
But the normal ones, at least, are fine |

im with an OB and had trouble conceiving so so far i have had
 6 week (i think)
 8 week
 10 week
 12 week
 14 nuchal
 16 week
 20 week anatomy
 24 week
28 week and now im on fortnightly visits so still to go are
 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40. lol

we were talking about this on our thread because some of us have had heaps and some have only had 2 but with my OB and a few others too they take all the info they need from a scan instead of all the palpitations, fundal height measurements, tummy measurements etc that MW's do

I've had 4 - 13 weeks, 20 weeks, 28 weeks and 40 weeks. My midwife isn't that keen on having them 'just because' - but if there is a need then definitely. And it sounds like you've had a need for all yours so I wouldn't stress too much, if you need it you need it!

I had either 14 or 15 (that were actually at a scan place, not including the ones at the hospital as we had HEAPS there) due to being under an OB for the first tri, then possible heart issues, then growth.
No need to worry about needing more, they just don't recommend you do it daily lol.

Back in my Mums day in Ireland they didn't do scans at all. Instead she had an X-Ray to confirm her suspicions that she was carrying twins |

With Jack I had 2 - 19wk anatomy and then at 30-something wks to see if my placenta had moved up
With this baby I have had 2 so far - 5w5d due to tummy pains which we were sure were a bug but I went to school with the doc I saw so she got me a scan for ressurance and 11w3d. I have my 19w anatomy scan on Monday

I had a dating scan around 6 weeks, my NT scan at 13 weeks, and will have my anatomy scan in two weeks time - then that's it.

I had five with Leah and two with Joel, was booked for one more with each of them and both times had the baby 4 days before the scan. |

I have had 5 so far
One at 10 weeks due to drastic drop in HCG
One at 13 weeks - nuchal
One at 19 weeks - anatomy
One at 21 weeks - rescan of anatomy as bubs was small and couldnt get all the measurements
One at 24 weeks - bleeding and cramping

I have a referral for a growth scan which I will have done in the next week or so.

Dont invision anymore than that, but if my mw is concerned about something I would much rather they check out!

I've had 12 scans so far!! At weeks 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 26, 30, 32, 34. Next one will be at 37 weeks (as OB is away till then) then I guess weekly until she is born. It's only because I have an OB, and had a previous m/c which is why my appt's were fortnightly at first. He has a quick peek at bubs at each appointment. I've only had one big scan though and that was the 20 week one.
