I'm just over 26 weeks now and still feel like my belly is quite spongy..just wondering if it takes a while before it goes quite hard, or is there just too much blubber on me

I've been wondering the same thing. Mine feels spongy but if you press down you can feel it harder under the blubber.

I ends to come ad go I find it depends on thing's like if I need to go to the loo I don't think it really gets hard right till the end when bubby is running out of room in there.

mine is mostly hard, but i feel bloated and can actually suck it in. when i'm lying down in bed it disappears and turns to mushy flab
i don't think my tummy got hard til i was about 30wks with jack.

When I lie down in bed ...my tum disappears as well.
ya wouldnt even know I was preggers!
