I've found that the warmer I am in bed the less often I wake up to pee (although now that you've mentioned it I'm paranoid that I will pee in my sleep ) I have been waking up REALLY needing to go and with the effort it takes to roll out of bed I only just get there in time! Someone remind me what dignity is again?

yup i hear you ladies! i've been waking up so much lately at night (as well as having vivid and disturbing dreams) and i HATE getting up to pee! i put it off as long as i can before i begin to worry about uti's and then have to go down 2 lots of stairs and one baby gate to get there. i am so awake afterwards and freezing by the time i get back to bed.
are your partners complaining about you waking them up yet? hubby isn't so far but if i keep it up much longer i think one of us will be sleeping downstairs!

I practically roll out of bed and into the toilet..Just in our ensuite. Mark does not seem to wake when I am up a million times in the night. I have cut back drinking anything after 5 and it does seem to help altho sometimes I am so thirsty I gulp down way too much at about 8!! If I am cold - I wake up..then when I wake up I need to go. So keeping nice and snug is the best idea!!!
