Oh, good discussion point, I'm thinking of buying one at the moment as elizabeth is 8 and a half months with no teeth (despite lots of sore gums). If you use one, do you feel they help much with the pain and sleep disruption that goes with the teeth shifting?

We use one. Who knows if it works - there are 8 teeth sitting below the surface but none are visible. Daniel does get grizzly periodically, which I put down to the teeth. His sleep has been pretty consistent, even when he's been quite grizzly and I can see them moving. We did notice a significant reduction in dibbling when we started using it.
My approach is that it might work, it won't do any harm, and it's pretty cheap, so nothing to lose.

Mine came by standard post and after waiting over a week i emailed them to see what was happening to be told the colour that I had ordered had been out of stock and only been sent that day (thanks for letting me know ) so I would suggest you email them and ask when it was sent.

Mine arrived really quickly and I am very happy with it, I tried to look for another for a friend but can't find the same seller.
He has grizzly days with bright red cheeks but thats about it so far.

Mine came by courier the day after paying via credit card
It is an anklet, and slips off at the moment. DD still has some growing to do to fit it, but it is gorgeous and I hope it has a good effect on her.

I got mine from them as well, and it was sent quickly.. I'm sure it wasn't by standard post?
As for whether it works..I don't know for sure, but like others have said - why not try it?

I have no idea whether they work or not, but they look cute . Lil miss was given one and I never take it off and she's had no probs with teeth, but then none of my other kids did either. She's got 6 teeth, two bottom and four top.
Her one is a mix of several colors, I it.

We got ours from this trader too and it's great. Can't remember how it was sent, but it was sent quickly. I also like that these ones are short, so that bubs can't chew them or yank at them.
I notice the difference when my boy hasn't worn his for a couple of days, he gets grizzly. It's gotta be next to the skin though (not on top of clothes) cos amber is a natural anti-inflammatory, so needs to be absorbed through the skin.
