im sure this has been mentioned in a post from quite a while ago now?.... but i was wondering if anyone could tell me which vitamin? (is it a vitamin?!!!) we as pregnant people should either avoid or limit? wasnt there one which can cause problems in the baby if we have too much?

thanks!!!!! i was looking at the ingrediants in something the other day and saw it had lots of vitamin D and then i was like "arh!" which vitamin is bad?!!! you have been a HUGE help im safe, i HATE liver... ewww!

he he yeah I dont really think it's something most people would crave so we are all probably pretty safe there...

Yup Vitamin A (bye bye pate...*sigh*) and also you should avoid mega doses of Vitamin C as well(ie over 1000mg per hit).
