The boxes on the left are their heart rate traces - one is 156 and one is 159 bpm so pretty close together.

Wow amzing clear scan photos - whats the trick? Did you drink lots of water. Saw my midwife yesterday and have to book for the scan... so how much water did you consume before the scan???

Ann, if it's your 20 week scan you don't have to drink any water beforehand, it's only for scans before 18 weeks I think.

lolol sorry Ann C, drinking lots of water doesn't do anything for scan picture, all it does is make sure that they can distinguish your bladder from your uterus in the early stages, hence why you don't have to worry as much at the later stages about drinking water.
And Emma, how kewl are those pics!!!? they are just the cutest of the cute - and scary that they are so big already.

awesome pics emma. I wish i could find my disc with my boys scan and compare but as in the middle of moving s@#t is everywhere lol. I got a really cool pic of both their heads in the same shot and emailed it to everyone for them to see how many picked up on twins. Needless to say all the ladies did and only one male!!!! You should see if they can do that for you next scan (thats if you want too lol) as its really a very awesome pic.
