i still run 3 times a week. i just wear lots more layers and make sure i have a shower the second i get through the door. if your really really not keen on going out, pick up a mag life 'womens health' or 'fitness life' they all have heaps of fitness programs in them and if you go to www.womenshealth.com.au they have heaps of programs online too.
I've got a belly dancing dvd, which I love! (so does my girl) And I spend a lot of time crawling around the floor with E - I'm sure that counts as exercise! I'm hoping to get another couple of dvd's soon.
