Now that the weather is turning to poo, what are you ladies doing to get in your exercise?

Im kinda stuck for ideas since we cant afford the gym plus im not a gym person, and everything i want to do involves the outdoors

i still run 3 times a week. i just wear lots more layers and make sure i have a shower the second i get through the door. if your really really not keen on going out, pick up a mag life 'womens health' or 'fitness life' they all have heaps of fitness programs in them and if you go to www.womenshealth.com.au they have heaps of programs online too.

I still go for walks every day that its not raining and just take a jacket with me just in case. I've not been rained on yet..

But indoors I have turbo jam which is a good workout and you can choose which workout you have time for, whether it the 20min one or 45mins

I've got a belly dancing dvd, which I love! (so does my girl) And I spend a lot of time crawling around the floor with E - I'm sure that counts as exercise! I'm hoping to get another couple of dvd's soon.

Im doing pilates and using the stationary bike but I get out for a walk 3 times a week too. The fresh air is nice
