Hmm, wonder if Vitex has some of the "compounds" he mentions that could be used to manage pulses?  It was really interesting, thanks for posting the link Konagirl. I kept expecting him to say that since the brain has so much control over fertility there may be some truth in the saying "just relax and it will happen", and was kinda relieved that he didn't! .
