How does this work when you're up at night BF? Anyone here done it successfully without their temps going everywhere? lol

do you ever have a paticular time she doesnt wake up? like between 4 and 6am? any patch wehre you get about 2 hours at roughly the same time should be fine. if you cant do that just take your temp as soon as you wake up, hopefully after a few hours sleep and it should still show a pattern fine

I wondering the same thing.

I reckon if I express at 9.30pm then straight to bed then set my alarm for 2am and take it then. Jake doesnt normally wake before 3am and if he does DH gets up and settles him back to sleep so even if I wake up I wont really move.

It is def going to be harder this time around.

I tired temping - not while BF but while I was getting up several times a night to DS. My temp was all over the place because I hardly ever got that 3 hours sleep before I woke up.
