ow ow ow ow ow

Three days ago I woke up in the night to go and have a pee, and felt like my hip had 'clicked' out of place. It seems to get better after a nights rest, but then something will trigger it during the day and by bed time I can hardly put any pressure on my left side.

I guess it doesn't help that I work in a shop, so stand for 6 hrs and day .

Has anyone else experienced this kind of pain? Any tips?

Please someone suggest massage....I'd love to have a proper excuse to get a massage

Sounds like round ligament pain to me, and yes, massage is actually a great fix! So go, and enjoy

Hi, I still get a sore hip (mostly my left) a year after having bubs. I hate lying on that side for more than 5 minutes and when I first turn in bed each night it clicks!

I had a similar pain shooting from my hip into my thigh. It was so sore and numbing I ended up sitting on the floor with pins and needles in my leg. Went to the doctor who said a nerve was pinching somewhere and that I should do some pelvic tilts etc to start strengthening my lower back and stomach muscles to support the growing weight of my belly. It was sore for a while. The physio said that if you are going to be standing for a while to put your one foot at a 45 degree angle to the straight one and keep both feet planted firmly with weight on both. The different position of your feet then forces you to stand more upright which helps your muscles get stronger. Good luck.
