Hi ladies, has anyone else had a very short period? I had mine a few weeks ago & it was only 2.5 days long where as its usually 5-6 days long.

Can exercise & diet change the length of your periods at all? As I've been eating really healthy no crappy junk food & exercising daily

My periods are usually 4-5 in length, and I have had times when it's been short, like 2 or 3 days....not sure if anything was happening at the time it happened. Though at times when I've started really hard out exercise regimes it affects my AF...usually making it a few days later.

I find that if I have not ovulated AF is 1-3 days and not particularily heavy.

When I ovulate my AF is 4-7 days and is med to heavy depending on how long my luteal phase was

Exercise, stress etc can affect your AF. Exercise particularily seems to "shake" it out iygwim.
