 Topic: Update on Ashleigh and pics

Hi all,She is doing really well still and the doctors are pleased with her. She was weighed on Sunday night and has lost 110 grams since birth but they said that is normal and weren't concerned at all. She has also not been tolerating my milk and has been getting bile stuff suctioned out of her tummy but they started feeding her again last night so hopefully she can start putting on some beef!!! I've have also been having cuddles with her (as you can see in the pics!) It is so good to hold her and she is so relaxed and contented when she is on me. I had her for 3 hours yesterday!!! And she is starting to open her eyes (as you can see in the other pic!) which looks really cute even though she can't see anything yet! Well thats all for now - I decided to stay home this morning and have a bit of a sleep in as I have to get up during the night a couple of times and express so thought I would have a quiet one. Will go into the hopital after lunch though.

oh she is soooo tiny! You must be so proud of her. That is awesome you get hold hold her. Thanks for keeping up up to date on her progress, have been thinking about you guys heaps and wondering how she is doing.

Hey Kelly,
Thank you so much for sharing those. Your little princess is just precious and it's awesome to know that she is doing well. How great it must be to be able to hold her.
You guys are are in B's and my prayers and we're looking forward to seeing pics of her as she gets bigger and stronger. She is a true little battler. You must be so proud of her!!

WOW!!! WOW WOW WOW!!! That is just amazing - look how perfectly formed your litle girl is - so tiny and she is all there, every bit of her! She looks great Kelly, and I am really glad to hear you sounding in such good spirits.

She's the most precious wee button I've ever seen. I've been thinking of you and praying for you both... hoping for all the very best for her. When a child has to fight like she does, you can be sure they're a spectacular little person put here for good reason.
