Right. So I have just found this useful new button on the forums I never knew existed! Surely I'm not the only one 
Up the top on the left, there is Active Topics, Memberlist, Search, Private Messenger, and Profile.
THERE IS AN ACTIVE TOPICS BUTTON!
It took me two years to find this lol....No more scrolling through ever single sub-forum to make sure I haven't missed anything.
I am feeling rather chuffed with myself now.

Yep, but you can just change the time .. so in the morning you can view everything since you were last on. Then during the day change it to the last hour etc etc.

If I close down my browser & when I re open it, it picks up threads from the last time I logged on  So that could be a couple of hours or a couple of days or a couple of mins
