DS will be one at the end of March and on the same day my Poppa (who means the world to me) will be 75, so two big birthdays, how can i incorporate Poppas birthday in to DS, so that it doesnt seem its just DS birthday? At this stage all i can think of is a cake... Im doing a joint cake so that it shows a combined birthday....

Thanks for any answers or suggestions!

Guest list you choose? Chosen Theme i.e. I doubt your Poppa is that into the Wiggles etc? Invites mentioning both celebrations?
Jack's birthday is a few days after my Dad's birthday and we had 2 parties. One in the monring with Jack's friends and my parents, that one was all about Jack. We then had one in the evening which was with immediate and extended family and a few of my parents friends, that was for Dad and Jack combined which the invite mentioned but also the meal and time etc were more adult orientated
