he's got the dresser and the bedside cabinet!. it was actually mine. Funny thing was, when we got up to Gisborne, there was anothewr set in the shed - Lewis' sisters! I'm going to paint them up, but becuase they are lacquered I need professional advice. i'll take a drawer in one day.

i didn't paint it. was already that colour. really crappy paint lines though. I want to redo. Half those books used to be mine when i was little. Some are from my first birthday. worst thing is, now a lot of his books are in the lounge cause our boxes from Japan arrived and there isn't enough room on his shelves!

And all those books, and we still read bloody Spot's first wlak twelve times a day.

no. we have elmo, bob the builder, tractor tom, hi5, the wiggles.....thanks to my nana, he is a shopahlic. Got a bot parcewl from her today. jersey for the boys, book for each of them, a letter for each, and SCRAP of a note for me.

looks really good Liz, and Caitlyn was very impressed with his Clifford book thats sticking out, u think spots first walk is bad ....just u wait till there are more than 4words per page...Hehheh

LOL Liz - if I can offer any advice at all - don't buy Spot! Maya has 5 Spot books, but once she discovered he also came on the TV she was obsessed. Now she wakes up every morning and asks for her "Spotty Dog on Telly". Lovely. Well adjusted.

LOL at the package from your nana too - my parents are the same except I don't even get a scrap of a note. Mum is thinking about coming over next week to see Maya, not me

the coolest thing about all our books, when i unpacked them Lewis was all excited cause half of them he had too, but of course they got given to his cousins down the line.
