So what are you having for lunch? I'm having ham & cheese rolls and a strawberry yogurt. Child will be busy eating marmite sammies and fruit at kindy.

I'll be having a turkish roll with cheese, tomato and avocado with lots of salt and pepper.
Nectarine and a tub of apricot crumble yoghurt for pudding.
YUM!

Whatever I find in the cupboards..they're kind of empty-ish cos tomorrow is grocery day. Maybe a smoked chicken sandwich, if there is any left....

I had a Sealord Satay Tuna snack (that you microwave for 50 seconds) and it has rice, tuna, beans etc through it. Small but very yum. I have also, as a snack, just had a piece of peanut butter on vogels toast. Hmmmmm...I could do another but will resist.
