Wow Emma, you weren't kidding about the Princess room. The room looks great and Maya is a very, very lucky wee munchkin.

Yep, gotta love those plastic drawers. She has Barbies in one, doll accessories in another, little people in another, blocks in another... makes it so much tidier!
I've got a lady coming to quote for curtains to match too.

I thought about that too lol Maria, but Maya is very protective of her "becial things" and woe betide any baby that tries to get at them!

I love her dollshouse!!! I had visions of getting jake a dollshouse to nurture his...nurturing side. But at present he'd probably kick them...he's been watching World Cup.
But back to maya's room. Love her duvet too.

Wow, what a beautiful room. I love the pic on the wall in the second picture, which has her name. Where did you get it from?? Well done landlady, it is a wonderful room.

Coooooool! Maya is so lucky!
Go the landlady painting the wallpaper... I'm sure we used to have that same paper at the house I was born in (ummmm 1984?)

spellbound
does name poems. I havent got a little treasures here but i know the one in Maya's room is done by people that advertise in the back of there.
The thing i like about the spellbound ones is that they arnt massed produced they are done for the individual. But of course arnt as pretty. My girls both got name poems for their first birthdays.

Maya's got the Sweet P name frame, my parents bought it for her, from memory it was only aroudn $30-$40 or so. Mum works in a framing studio and her boss framed it on a triple mount which is why it looks so cool.
Liz - i nearly fell over backwards when I saw her dolls house in the Warehouse last week for $199! I bought it the Xmas before last in the post-xmas sales at Target in Oz for $20 and I thought it was marked down from $60 or something. It wasn't till we were in the Warehouse and my sister said "hey there's Maya's dolls house" that I realised what a bargain I actually got!
Nikki - yep, the wallpaper reminds me of the house we lived in in the late 80's too. Too stylish
