Topic: Night Time Nappy for Toddler Posted: 04 February 2010 at 9:10pm |
Hi all - I'm looking at getting my daughter into a cloth nappy at night. She is toilet trained and was in fuzzis and bumgenius when she was in cloth but always disposables at night. Any suggestions as to what I should get?

You could try a Close Parent pop-in (15% off today) - check out the feedback in the "i just ordered...." thread.

Usual suggestion, ecobubs wool pocket with a microfibre and a hemp inner :)

I'd say any wide crutch pocket stuffed with two cotton flats - bulky but does the trick

my 3 yr old used to wear a large fuzzi to bed at night, stuffed with a flat and a microfibre insert.

My daughter wears a medium Fuzzi stuffed with a prefold, trifold and a fuzzi booster. We have never had a leak

I just got a couple of pull up type cloth naps for Leah to use at night as she gets up to go in the night and likes to be able to do it her self. They cost about $13 with no inserts. I put a 3 layer microfleece, 2 layer bamboo and 2 layer brushed hemp inserts in and no leaks, but she isn't a heavy wetter at night, its more cos I don't trust she won't lol!! This is who I got it from.

We use Ecobubs wool pocket stuffed with two flats and one microfibre/bamboo insert, or a LittleButtons Pop!Nap with the same inserts. But when both of those have been in the wash I've just used one flat (triangle folded), another flat (pad folded) plus one extra insert and a liner, with a cover over the top and it's lasted all night So I'll just be doing that once Chelsea outgrows her two night nappies (both medium) instead of buying new large ones.

Thanks for all the replies! I'm off to try a few of them and see how we go. I'm even tempted to put my 10 month old in them at night too and save some more money!!!
