I am having a high te here for a friends baby shower this weekend and wanted to make a iced tea to have on arrival, while chatting and playing a few games.

I have looked online and they are all so different so does anyone make one that they can pass on the recipe please.

TIA

My mum, and I have a really simple one - put about 2-3 teabagswith cold water in a glass container and put in the sun for a couple of hours - take bags out - put in fridge to get cold. Not sure how sun makes it taste different - but it does!!! My dad always used to stir a teaspoon of sugar in his glass before drinking - had a sweet tooth! I use both plain tea and earl grey. Good luck!

The way I've always made iced teas, including while at work is to make a tea using boiled water as you usually would and then to shake it in a boston with ice to cool.

If making a jug I would just make the tea in a jug using 2-3bags remember to let it steep for three minutes take the bags out add ice, and some nice lemon, make them rounds not wedges, the rounds look nicer and feel more summery then wedges.

That Apple & honey recipe sounds good!
If you left it in the fridge how long would it last for? A couple of days?
