Just wondered if anyone had any great gift ideas I could give to my hubby for our 2nd wedding anniversary. I looked up the traditional gift which is cotton - any good ideas welcomed!!!! TIA

We bought ourselves a really nice set of bed sheets + duvet cover for the second anniversary.

But if you want to get him something for himself, perhaps a nice t-shirt/shirt.

Congrats

Ours is coming up too - I thought of getting some lovely irish or egyptian cotton sheets - especially considering how hot it's been at night.

lol this reminded me of our second wedding anniversary! My DH bought me a big cotton bag and inside it was cotton hankies, cottonsoft toilet rolls, reels of cotton, cotton wool and a bag of cotton balls! He is such a prankster, and although they weren't things I would actually "like" for a wedding anniversary present, I thought he was quite clever for thinking of doing something like that! I thought is was hilarious

oooh just googled and apparently the modern US "tradition" is china and the 8th (which is mine this year) is linen and lace.

Our 2nd anniversary was earlier this month and I bought DH two really nice 100% cotton dress shirts.
