Have you talked to your doctor about this? Just to make sure its normal? They may be able to reccomend or be able to give you something. Otherwise I would be drinking plenty of water, and eating fruit. Maybe some prune juice too. However dont go overboard as thats not a good thing either! Good luck

I had the same thing. My doctor prescribed me coloxyl with senna tablets. You can buy them from a pharmacy over the counter too. I only needed one dose and they worked overnight.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating heaps of fibre. Kiwicrush from the freezer section of the supermarket is good, and prunes... if you are like me and hate prunes you could dice them up into yoghurt and eat them that way.
If that doesn't help you might need to get some metamucil or something from the pharmacy, or failing all natural fibre options, get a laxative prescribed from your Dr (like coloxyl).
Hope things get going soon, not nice!
